with the proposed December 21, 1980 referendum regarding electricity,
considering that Mayor Jose V. Jamir was designated by Gov. Remulla
as over-all cordinator for the six (6) municipalities covered by FCECI.
Putting on record that SB Ricardo A. Remulla secured the approval of the
Presiding Officer and Members present regarding the transfer of the stock
room from the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan to the former ACA and
