Initiate, review and recommened changes in policies and objectives, plan and programs, techniques development and public works in general.
Apprise the mayor on infrastructure, public works and other engineering matters.
Administer, coordinate, supervise and control the construction, maintenance, improvement and repair of infrastructure public works and other engineering projects.
Perform other functions with regards to engineering services as maybe prescribe.
